We thought it was a fun time to spend a hot day. However, the prices for tickets, food ($18 for a slice of pizza lol and it doesn't get better) , parking ($40), "VIP" seats/umbrellas/cabanas ($45-$150)and lockers($15-$30) are exorbitant and not worth coming back. The smells of sewage and dirty backwash water in some places like the entrance to the lazy river and entrance to the wave pool are nauseating. We went on a relatively slow day so wait times for water rides weren't too bad but they only let you ride the lazy river once on a tube - defeating the purpose entirely. You can walk it as long as you Ike, though. The wave pool free seating was completely full all day and they didn't open the "vip" seats up even though they were pretty much the same seats for at least $45. We found plenty free seats elsewhere. We felt the place was clean otherwise and we ended up having a nice time because we didn't buy any food, upgraded seats or products. I can't imagine what a family of 6 would spend here in a day. The business model here is very skewed bit as long as people keep coming here and paying $25 for a locker, $25 for a plain cheeseburger and $40 to put their car on a piece of concrete, this place will keep chugging along.

Children with height 48 can play many items. The map shows specific height requirements. The park isn't as big as a playground, but it's plenty entertaining. There is no need to worry about eating and drinking in the park. Water glasses bought by the season pass can also be used here. But not at the popcorn water park. Can only be purchased at amusement parks. Sun protection is very important. It's really sunburnt. Please be sure to wear tight swimsuits, trunks. I saw some boys 'trunks wash off while surfing.

This experience was horrible. I will never ever ever go back here!!! We drove all the way from chicago. We paid online for our tickets, cabana and upgraded parking before our trip here. I rented a cabana for myself. Come to find out the parking I paid extra for AND the cabana that I paid for was reserved for a date AFTER our ticket day. Instead of saying SOLD OUT you can’t reserve anything by default it went ahead and booked it for the next day and GLADLY TOOK MY MONEY FOR IT. As this was my first time here I didn’t notice it until we arrived at the park!! No cabanas available. All the chairs were taken. If you wanted a chair to sit you to pay for it. The cheapest chair was 13$ a piece! You have no where to sit or rest!!! It was wayyyyyuuuuu over crowded, waited in line for 45 minutes just to walk in. When we arrived no maps no nothing no-one helpful . Took us over 40 minutes to locate to cabanas. None of the employees knew where they were. No one knew anything!! and all the employees were rude and unhelpful. Each waterslide doesn’t matter which one had OVER one hour wait. My daughter literally waited in line longer than she was able to play and have fun. We sat mostly in the wave pool. Didnt even go on the rides. We we t on ONE SLIDE! The signs around the park are completely misleading. Id rather go to the beach its free and WAY MORE FUN!!!!!!!! 15$ for a SMALL dipping dots. 8$ for a soda. 18$ for one slice of pizza!!!!!!!!!!!’ I wasnt able to access my food vouchers online. So that another service i paid for that I didn’t receive. No refunds no exceptions ! ABSURD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTRA STUFF ONLINE they will scam you anyway they can

On the disappointing side - all the body slides were closed, and the one tower of four tube slides were operated very slowly, only one rider at a time down all four. I really like the water coaster since you can ride it solo, but there are only like 5 rafts and you have to stand in line for a long time for one, then walk up a TON of stairs since SF didn't feel the need to include a lift hill. Wave pool waves are pretty small, compared to others, and even the kid's splash tower was closed except for the bottom level. Attractions-wise, and operations-wise, it's disappointing.

I've had numerous sub par experiences with hurricane harbor over the past five years, but Sat June 3rd 2023 takes the cake for the worst. 2/3rds of the attractions were closed. Mat slides closed. Tube slides in the back of park by kids area closed. Kids slides closed. Lazy river also closed. Drop slides closed. Family raft slides both closed. Their new water coaster they advertise like crazy for, closed halfway through the day. What little that was open, had such a long queue, because everything else was closed, it wasn't even viable. By that I mean 60+ mins to get a raft and go down a slide. So anyone purchasing a day pass here basically got the equivalent of access to their neighborhood pool, since it was the only thing useable. Which also meant the pool was overcrowded. Amazing that such a large increase in season pass fees and they can't even come remotely close to staffing the park the first hot weather weekend day after memorial day weekend. Food lines were crazy long. We waited 19minutes for burgers being 2nd in line before the lunch rush, which means 30+ mins easy to get food during lunchtime. (yes, I time my meals at six flags from time ordered at register on my receipt, because it's become the family standing joke after multiple previous 50+ minute waits for food.). I highly recommend to avoid this park until they get it together, or at least go in with the lowest possible expectations. Pics of a few of the many closed attractions.
