I visited Volcano Bay during a cold front, so it was a bit chilly, but that didn’t stop me from having an amazing time! The park was nearly empty, with hardly any lines, which made for a super relaxing experience. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, I still enjoyed the beautiful setting, the water slides, and the lazy river. It’s definitely a great park for a fun and laid-back day. They have free lockers available to store your personal items and bigger ones at cost.

One of the best experience I’ve had at a water park. Coming here was the best decision between here or the other parks. I love the Moana theme and all the little details. There was not much of a line on any of the rides except for one (Aqua Coaster) but the watch tells you when it’s your turn so you can go on other rides until the watch alerts you to go back. If you’re in line for another ride at the time your watch goes off, it’s okay you will still be able to go on the ride.

Love this park! My family went to this park on a. Tuesday and it was super fun! Rides were really nice, especially the aqua coaster and one of the blue slides! The online waiting system was nice, although I wish you could wait on multiple rides, because sometimes the wait is really long especially on the aqua coaster. I do wish there were more food options other than pizza. Bathrooms were really clean and there were a lot of snacks! The entering was super easy and quick, although it was a long walk. Would recommend!!

Wonderful water park, activities for big and small kids, lazy river was amazing, they also have a fast river which was our favorite, the fact that you don't have to wait in line for hours to enjoy the rides is a huge plus, yoy scan the watch they give you and return when is your turn, during that time you get the enjoy other activities, huge variety of food and really good drinks. They offer lockers for an extra charge and you can rent a cabana. Parking is in city walk they offer free shuttles to the park running every minute. Definitely going back!!!!!!

I love this water park. My husband and I have had a cabana as well as preferred seating and locations for both are excellent. The service is good and the food is ok I recommend checking all the food options before deciding because each place has something completely different giving you a lot of options. We had the conch fritters like last time and they weren't as good as before but they were still alright The drinks are also a decent price for coming with a souvenir glass but it is a plastic glass. When it comes to the express pass don't expect to actually go straight to the front of the line as most times it means you get to stand in a 2 hour lineup instead of riding other slides and waiting to be called back so often time sits not worth it. Both lazy rivers are good but short the wave pool is fun. There offer a lot of drop slides but I can't say much about them because that is not my jam. Over all it's a beautiful park that is accessible and reasonably priced in comparison to other water parks in the area.
