Kids will live it adults it’s a hit or miss. A wonderful water park that had lots of activities! Multiple water slides, a lazy river, water basketball, a zero depth entrance for the littlest ones, little-tikes water slides, and activities! There is so much to do and fun for the whole family. There's a pub with pizza, snacks, drinks, etc, so you don't have to leave to refuel! A great place to host a birthday party with full access to the water park for all the guests!

Room smelled like smoke. Popcorn was found in the bed. It was extremely dirty. Our main Door wouldn't lock, but they did fix it as soon as they could. The pool heater was out. No extra pillows for the pull out. Worst experience i have had there. I loved this place- they have let it go down hill so bad. Staff tries there best and work so hard (not the life guard staff that is more worried about their makeup and hair than the safety of your child) but they need to upgrade so much.

The water park, what a disaster. I understand that rules are put in place for a reason, again if you're serving food inside the park why are you not allowing coffee from your hotel room to be brought into the park? I was told that they didn't know what I put into my cup. Sounds fair enough, if the concern is that you think I put alcohol in it, then that's ridiculous because you are serving alcohol inside the waterpark!! Suggestions: 1. Do not forget to have all of your people wear their wristbands at all times. They will make you return to your room and retrieve your wristband even if you're clearly not utilizing the water activities. 2. Do not try to bring a water bottle into the Waterpark, they will make you set it on the table outside the entrance. (Which allows for some punk kid or whomever to add something to my drink while it's being unattended by me) 3. Your wristbands are good until 2 pm the day you check out, although you need to be out of your room before 11 am check-out time. 4. All the people running the Waterpark are under the age of 21.

Fun for kids. Watch adults and older kids in the lazy river. If you're not on a tube, just be careful. I suggest bringing age appropriate floating for younger kids to keep 8 and under safe. Concrete ate the skin off my toes. Basketball tree is very rough at the bottom. Overall, made for slides and floating, not actually swimming for sure. Life guards only whistle if you bring a tube in the ovpen area. You really have to watch your own kids.
