We had an amazing time at the indoor water park right next to the amusement park — it was the perfect complement to our day! The water park is huge and spacious, with so many fun attractions for all ages. From the wave pools and lazy river to the thrilling water slides and the characters, there was something for everyone. My kids had a blast going down the slides, and the heated pools were perfect for us to relax while the kids played. The park was clean, well-organized, and the staff were always around making sure everything was safe. The best part is that it never felt overcrowded — even though it’s large, the design of the space makes it feel open and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. The only downside was that one area was closed for renovations, but it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We were so busy enjoying the other attractions that it wasn’t even a big deal. We ended up spending hours in the water park alone, and we’re already planning our next visit! If you're looking for an indoor water park that’s perfect for a full day of family fun, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

We took the kiddies for a Valentine's adventure. The staff is super helpful and friendly, we had some issues with the suite, but it was rectified. The suite was spacious, comfortable abd and nice additions for convenience with the kids. We ordered drinks to the room, it can be fast. The facilities are clean. The water was a good temperature and the place is warm, we were actually overheating in the suite which needs more fans.

The most dirty water park I had been with my kids. For $89 dollars per person, you should do better. The big pool was cool. The biggest ride of the park was really cool, long line though. My kids loved it anyways. They have good stuff for them

My partner and I took our 2 kids and 2 of their friends with us on a Saturday (presidents day weekend), booked a 4-5 people cabana since we planed on staying all day. Water rides were great, except for the “mad flush” make sure to secure your head properly or you will get hurt, lucky for all of us we did that slide last or else we would not have enjoyed our time. Roller coaster ride was so much fun except the boats getting stuck and making the wait over an hour. For lunch we decided to explore the food court on the 3rd level for More options and less money. The only thing I would suggest they need work on is having workers clean the bathrooms and changing areas. It was gross and dirty.

Our visit to the Nickelodeon Universe Water Park at American Dream Mall was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was well worth it, and my 8-year-old had the time of their life. The park is packed with exciting attractions, from thrilling water slides to splash zones, lazy rivers, and wave pools—there’s truly something for everyone, no matter their age or comfort level with water. What stood out the most was how safe and well-maintained everything was. The lifeguards were extremely attentive, always keeping a close eye on swimmers and ensuring that all rules were followed. The park had clear safety guidelines, life jackets available for younger or less confident swimmers, and staff members positioned throughout the attractions to help if needed. As a parent, that peace of mind made the day even more enjoyable! The theming of the water park was also a huge hit with my child. Seeing their favorite Nickelodeon characters everywhere, from SpongeBob to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, added an extra layer of fun and excitement. The park was very clean, and despite it being a busy day, wait times for rides were reasonable. Whether you have a thrill-seeker or a little one who enjoys gentle water play, this park has it all. My child couldn’t stop talking about it afterward and is already asking to go back! If you’re looking for a safe, fun, and well-organized water park experience, Nickelodeon Universe at American Dream Mall is a must-visit.
